Tiffany Middlestetter came over for dinner tonight and it was so great to see her. I first met her when she was under a car-literally- and I was walking up to her house to introduce myself. I about jumped out of my skin when she/the car spoke to me. I have loved her ever since. She has helped my kids replace brakes, and other stuff I can't remember on their cars and has always been a great friend. I don't think I've seen or talked to her in months, but it feels like just yesterday as soon as she walks through our door.
The linden trees in front are in bloom and smell fantastic. I cut some branches and brought them inside and yes, they are too big for the table vase, but beside the girls laughing at it, it's great and smells wonderful.
This has been my 2nd week for P90X and I'm suprised that I can do almost double the push ups as the first time. There was so place to go, but up. Now I look forward to being able to do regular push ups and not girl/ knee ones. Chin ups and pulls up are better too, but I still need my foot on something to help me get up. Large immovable object vs. teeny tiny muscles thing....
I miss my kids in Arizona. Can't wait to see them.
